okay I get it ...there are a whole lot of pissed off white people...who blame the depression, the war, the great global warming lie, the bank failure, sick poor people and bad weather on weekends on Barack Obama( he's a black illegal immigrant lest we all forget)...led by gosh and shucks mental decathlete Sarah " oh no you don't" Palin...they forge forward to take back "our government"...they deny that stimulus money helped our still ailing nation...these self same idiots would be dragging out their muskettes as the banks failed...even the most anti obama critics understood the effects of an american bank collapse...even g dub...I understand that the health care reform is not everybody's cup of curative...but I actually watched a guy with a picture of hitler and a transposed obama head try to tell the "liberal media" that "it ain't a pertdinal attack, But I just hate sochalidm"...

In reality there is a world wide rise in conservatism, not just here in the states...and thats fine...not ever personally experiencing conservative ideals, short of maybe not consuming the third tankard of Grand Marnier, the whole movement strikes me as a group of ignorant ( as in un or misinformed) citizens who have dutifully watered the republican garden of fear and now want to harvest something...anything...to justify all this hard work and angry effort...the fringe elements of this group are really interesting...the virginia senator who declared a day to remember the confederate contribution to our collective history...slavery and secession-ism..or marco rubio here in florida...who can't spend enough of his own party's money on vacations, family jet rides,luxury hotels...while telling his fellow Floridians that he is a miser, curmudgeonly with tax payer money...I tire of hearing the tea baggers (has anyone told them of the alternative meaning of the word?)...say that they are mis-represented by the liberal media as stupid, boorish, racists... I'll bet most if not all didn't vote in the last election cause..." a black president are you kidding, I mean we just let em vote like ten years ago!"...that'll be the day... they might have a leg to stand on if i heard one of these "baggers" actually explain how their "take back" would benefit anybody... that aren't white, under educated citizens that never have possessed a passport and only watch fox news for their information... I heard Bill clinton speak to a tea bag reporter yesterday...he tersely stated that" these democrats and this president were duly elected by the majority of americans and empowered by that vote to work towards goals that profit all americans...they are not thugs and are braking no rules...and if memory serves are doing nothing that the republican controlled house and senate under george bush did a mere eight years ago...force through their parties policies over the objection of the minority"...but i'll take universal health care, tax cuts for the middle class over a baseless war and corporate greed any day...I thought our great country didn't have any surprises left after the Bush years...and along comes palin and her ilk to justify my dream of living somewhere where people give a vague shit about their neighbors...the quest continues!
