a cheffie salmon recipe

I am not a salmon lover...that being said i have used alot of recipes at the restaurant..i like this one...and its easy at home...in a bowl...1 egg...1/4 cup of heavy cream...tablespoon of chopped chives...cup or so of stale bread cubes...1/4 cup of goat cheese.. s and p to taste...your choice...mix...take your salmon...place of a oven proof baking sheet...make a crown on the top with the egg/cheese mix...baked in a 425 oven...8 to12 minutes depending on your salmon temp...thats it" Salmon Parisian "
